Day 1 is Elexon's own day-ahead forecast (WINDFOR/NDF, fetched a day ahead specifically for this page);
days 2–14 are NESO's medium-term wind and demand products. Day 1's demand falls back to NESO's
medium-term figure instead whenever Elexon's own isn't fully published yet for that day, switching back
the moment it is. Solar's own forecast already covers the whole window in one series. Residual demand is
demand minus wind minus nuclear — solar isn't subtracted here by design. This is the medium-term
outlook, not a substitute for Live Market's own day-ahead figures.
"All 14 days" isn't offered right now — wind and/or solar don't have
a complete forecast for every day in the window yet.
